应用空气动力学等弦长理论，结合相对线速度原理，叶根到叶尖逐渐变窄、变薄，受力更平衡，送风更均匀，且中心无空洞。

Conform to aerodynamic equal chord length theory,combined with the relative linear velocity principle,the blade narrows and thins from root to tip till tail then widen,the air is more even and uniform.

航空级防撞叶片材质

AVIATION ALUMINUM PLATE

1.5MM厚5052航空铝板，可承受3吨以上拉伸力，超高的材料韧性，确保叶片受到撞击时能够快速变型有效吸收外力，防止叶片断裂的同时，极大限度避免电机及其它结构件受损。

1.5mm thickness 5052 Ultra-high toughness aviation aluminum plate can load more than 3Ton tensile to ensure the blade can deform quickly and absorb external force effectively, It can prevent the blade from breaking,avoid the damage to the motor and other structural parts greatly.

叶片高强度铆接

BLADE HIGH-STRENGTH CONNECTION

每个叶片采用16颗高强度铆钉与缓冲腔体分上下铆接在一起，形成独立面受力，每个铆钉设计承载剪切力为1.5吨。

Each blade is fixed with the buffer cavity by 16pcs high-strength rivets, each rivet can load 1.5 ton shear force.

减振缓冲装置

BUFFER DEVICE

叶柄与叶片采用减振装置非刚性连接，特有隔振橡胶垫，吸收大部分风扇运行时叶片产生的振动。

The blade and petiole flexible connects with buffer device, the rubber absorbs the most vibration from blades when running.

防坠盘

ANTI-FALLING RING

法兰盘的"凹"型截面与防坠环"凸"型截面在重力作用下相互咬合钩挂，确保电机法兰盘与电机的可靠连接。

The concave flange are engaged with the convex anti-falling ring each other under the gravity to ensure a reliable connection between the flange and motor.

安全环

SAFETY RING

将5根叶柄与电机上盖连成一体，确保叶柄不会分离坠落。

Connect the 5 petioles into a whole to form the sleeve with the frame lower hub to prevent the petioles from falling.

榫卯式叶柄连接

MORTISE AND TENON PETIOLE CONNECTION

榫卯连接：叶柄的"凹"型截面与缓冲件"凸"型截面形成关节咬合，消除风扇运行时叶片向外的离心力和风扇启停时的剪切力。

The convex petiole with concave buffer device form the Joint engaged,eliminate the centrifugal force from the blades when the fan is running and the shear force when the fan starts and stops.

高抗拉强度叶柄材质

HIGH-TENSILE STRENGTH PETIOLE

6061-T6叶柄，高强度，高硬度，可达HB90度以上，具有良好的抗腐蚀性，可承受205MPa抗拉强度。

6061-T6 petiole,high strenght,HB90 hardness,it has good corrosion resistance with 205MPa tensile strength.

钢丝绳缠绕保护

WIRE ROPE WIND PROTECTION

安装板与房梁使用1000KG拉力强度钢丝绳缠绕，确保风扇整体结构不松动不坠落。

Mounting bracket and I Beam winded with 1000KG tensile wire rope to prevent sliding and falling.

钢丝绳平衡保护

四根钢丝绳利用平衡原理与建筑物牵引固定，确保风扇整机不受外力及气流作用晃动坠落。

Four wire ropes are fixed with building traction to prevent shaking and falling.
